Located in the vibrant Lakeview neighborhood, V3’s newest project is a 31-unit luxury residential building featuring spacious 3 and 4 bedroom homes ranging from 1,900 to 2,400 square feet. Each residence offers high-end finishes, private balconies with city views, and access to a shared rooftop terrace. Ideally situated just steps from iconic Wrigley Field, this development blends upscale living with the energy and character of one of Chicago’s most beloved neighborhoods.
6700 North Ave
Demolition of this building, previously the headquarters for a Chicago bank franchise, began in April of 2021. Located in Chicago, V3 built 42 residential units, primarily two-bedroom and two-bathroom, with common amenities such as a rooftop deck, a dog run, and a shared common area to act as additional leisure space. Due to the existing floor plate, V3 was able to build wider units with exposed and lofted ceilings as well as adding an entire 3rd floor.
The building spans an entire city block, stretching from Normandy Ave. to Rutherford Ave. The first floor includes 10,000 square feet in addition to a lower level retail space consisting of a shared office business, barbershop, and an IT consulting company.
